How can I use 21st Century skills to be a better learner?

In the 21st century, we are all immersed in technology. Everyone has a phone, laptop. smartwatch or something of that sort. So why not use what everyone has to learn? I believe if more teachers add-in technology and teach kids how to properly use it, it will benefit them in the long run. If kids learn now how to use technology the right way, much mental health, anxiety, and depression issues could be solved. Cyberbullying is a big issue and if kids learn at a young age how to use tech differently, I think it will benefit everyone. I also believe if teachers start learning how to use technology themselves, it will be easier to teach kids how to use it.
